Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms vary by residence and by the rate you book. The exact policy for your stay is shown before you confirm and repeated on your confirmation — that policy is the one that governs your booking. This page explains how it works.
1. Where to find your policy
Every residence displays its cancellation terms at the point of booking. Your confirmation email restates them. If the two ever differ, the terms on your confirmation apply.
2. How to cancel
Reply to your confirmation email or write to stay@revarity.com with your reservation reference. We confirm every cancellation in writing. Treat a cancellation as effective only once you have that confirmation.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank typically posts them within 5–10 business days of us issuing them. Fees already incurred and disclosed at booking, such as cleaning where the stay has begun, may be deducted.
4. Changing dates instead
Where the calendar allows, we would rather move your stay than lose it. Date changes are subject to availability and any rate difference. Ask us before cancelling.
5. Early departure
Leaving early does not by itself create a refund for unused nights unless the policy on your confirmation says so.
6. Long stays
Stays of 28 nights or more may carry a different notice period, which is shown at booking.
7. If we cancel
If we cannot deliver your residence we will offer a comparable one at no extra cost, or refund every night not taken in full. Where the cause is within our control we will also cover reasonable, evidenced rebooking costs.
8. Events outside anyone's control
Where a stay cannot go ahead because of something neither side controls, we refund nights not taken. We are not able to reimburse travel costs booked elsewhere.
9. Travel insurance
For non-refundable rates and trips tied to fixed dates, we recommend travel insurance. It covers situations this policy cannot.
